Positive aspects:
Excellent hotel tucked away in a very quite yet accessable part of Warsaw. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful Food in the restaurant could not be faulted and we ate there several evening Staff in the Restaurant were very friendly and helpful and the Chef cooked something which was not on the Menu for our 9 yr old son. We really appreciated this. Taxi service available to meet us at the Airport. We will go back and stay there again. Would be very happy to recommend this Hotel.

None what so ever - would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Positive aspects:
Pretty close to downtown location, enough quiete, clean. The staff is friendly. Very tasty breakfast with good choices, waitress are very friendly.

Negative aspects:
Mattresses on a bed are TOO SOFT, they dont support a fisiological positon of vertebra and the back ergonomically. It could cause aproblems with a back right after the first night.

I'm surprised that all outlet in a room were sealed up. I had to use my Computer in a room but no way to get outlet from room. Thank you

A very clean,comfortable modern hotel. The breakfasts were good and the staff very friendly and helpful. We found a good place to eat dinner nearby as the evening meals were good but not to our taste. It was very easy to reach central Warsaw by tram.

Schönes Haus, einladend. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und gute Beratung. Gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Besonders das Brot war sehr lecker. Das Zimmer war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Städtetrip braucht. Wir waren im hinteren Haus und es war ruhig.

Negative aspects:
Leider, weil es so schön ruhig war, störte die Eingangstür. Die Leute haben sie immer zuschlagen lassen und die Leute auf dem Parkplatz sollten auch rücksichtsvoller sein. Das heißt mit dem freundlichen Personal und dem Hotel waren wir sehr zufrieden. Es waren leider die Gäste jeder Nationalität, die sich nicht immer angenehm verhalten haben.

Well kept hotel with reasonable kitchen and quiet rooms. Nice, inobstrusive service.

Negative aspects:
Pity the management has decided to close the bar in the lobby, but not many guests seemed to use it, so a visit to a neighborhood café is the solution.

Very clean rooms and silent (there cannot be heart anny thing from the next rooms --> good for sleeping). Wonderful bath rooms.
