The Reytan Hotel is located in the upper part of the Warsaw’s Mokotow district, not far (about two bus stops) from the main Mokotow’s street and the Underground Station. It is a newly renovated building with four floors. The front of the building makes simply a neat, professional impression. But from the back, there is a patio full of flowers, which tempts so much, that it is nearly impossible to resist it and a guest ends up resting there enjoying a sunny day. The reception staff speaks Polish, German and English. The hotel is especially proud of the fact, that a lot of the guests (tourists and business ones) keep coming back.

Rooms

The Reytan Hotel has prepared 86 rooms for their guests, including singles and doubles. Among the doubles there are rooms of a higher standard. Those rooms are larger and equipped with mini-bar. Two of the doubles are ones of studio type.
In every room, there is a clean, shining bathroom, an Internet connection, a TV set and a telephone. While making a reservation in a double room it is worth mentioning if you want a twin or a double, as in Polish there is one term for it and sometimes a misunderstanding can occur. There is one room prepared to meet the needs and expectations of the handicapped. There is also a separate floor free of the cigarette smoke prepared for the non-smoking guests.
On a special request, the hotel equips the rooms with the refrigerator, a fan and/or a kettle. Additional furniture and accessories will be waiting for those coming to Warsaw with children. You just have to point out such a need.
The rooms in Reytan are, similarly to all three hotels of Hotel-Tourist Company in Warsaw (Praski, Reytan and reytan), arranged with a very good taste. The atmosphere in the rooms is far from being impersonal. The rooms are arranged in warm colors and equipped with functional furniture. Most of people do not feel “like home” anywhere apart from home. However, every visitor will feel as a dear, awaited guest in the Reytan Hotel. The staff treats the guests with all the attention and hospitality.

Restaurant

There is an air-conditioned restaurant on the Reytan Hotel. The neatly arranged restaurant is located on the first floor of the hotel. The tables covered with white and blue tablecloths are prepared for up to 50 people. On a special request there is a small restaurant room for 12 people at the disposal of those who praise their privacy. The restaurant’s chef offers a range of dishes from the Polish and international cuisine. I recommend an interesting mix of two flavors in the dish known as smoked duck on the raspberry juice. After such a feast, there is a difficult choice concerning the dessert to be made. You have to choose whether the ice-cream cup or rather an apple baked with delicacies and honey (additionally covered with orange liquor) is more tempting. The price level is similar to the one in any good Warsaw restaurant.

Apart from the restaurant, there is a cocktail bar in the hotel’s lobby, where you can sit down and relax over a mug of beer. You can sit in one of the black, leather armchairs by a small table. Thanks to the localization of the bar in a quiet part of the lobby the atmosphere there remains intimate and very pleasant.

Conference rooms

Reytan Hotel offers three conference rooms of a different size. The biggest one is 78m2 large and it is prepared for up to 40 people. Two other rooms are prepared for 15 and 10 people. There is a standard equipment necessary to organize a business meeting in every conference room. At the additional charge the rooms can be equipped with computers, speakers and the equipment for the symultanic translations. The conference rooms in Reytan Hotel are, like the rooms for the guests, arranged with good taste and the meeting organized there will not be only a business necessity for the participants. The hotel can organize coffee breaks, when you can enjoy relax having coffee or a snack.

Additional Services

There is a wide range of additional service prepared by all the hotels belonging to the Hotel-Travel Company.
The hotel helps with organizing the transfer from the Central, “Wschodni” (East) Station and from the airport with a taxi from a cooperating company. You just have to point out such a need while filling in the reservation form.
The staff at the reception desk will help you organize a trip around Warsaw with a guide. The hotel offers competitive prices of such service.

The hotel cooperates with one of the fitness clubs and with a hair stylist. Thanks to that the hotel can offer special discount for their guests.
