Positive aspects:
The receptionist were helpful, the served breakfast in the morning and the room was clean.

Negative aspects:
The breakfast was very lite and did not fill me up and the room was hot as the heater was too strong.

Lokalizacja,czystosc, mila obsluga, estetyka korytarzy i wind, zachecajacy wyglad wejscia do budynku

Negative aspects:
ubytek tynku na scianie pokoju, zla wentylacja w lazience, zle oznakowany dojazd do hotelu, nieco ciasny hall.

Positive aspects:
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Also I thought the security was good. I had to change a room due to a faulty shower, and the room I stayed was very good, too.

Negative aspects:
Breakfast was a bit disappointing thinking it was charged separately. The hotel can supply better cheese, and hams/sausages which weren't there at all. The room first I checked in had a faulty shower, so I moved to another room. That means I had a chance to see two rooms in the same hotel, and I found the room I stayed nicer than the original room. In the end it worked fine for me, but I thought that the hotel should check each room's facilities more carefully, as I believe the room for the same price should have equal quality of facilities (including cleanliness).

Sehr freundliches Personal. Reklamationen wurde sofort nachgegangen. Zimmer sauber.

Negative aspects:
Zimmer technisch nicht immer in Ordnung. Zimmer und Nasszelle sehr eng.
