very nice stuff! my daughter forgot her beloved pillow and it was sent to her immediately. great plus: we could move into our room already in the morning, because we arrived that early - without extra-fee!!

Positive aspects:
Excellent location - 20 min on foot to the Warszawa Wschodnia railway station, 20 min on foot to the old city, a big Carrefour shopping center just in 5 min, the zoo in 5 min. Nice view - park, live bears! Good - cosy, comfortable, clean - rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good price. Very tasty food. Very quiet.
Negative aspects:
When I booked the room I actually meant a double with one bed. May be I should have expressed it more explicitly, because I got one with two beds far apart from each other. It would be a good idea to distinguish between doubles and twins.		 My rating:
