Pokojówki przychodzily kilkakrotnie przed poludniem by zapytac o ubytki w minibarze. Zaczynaly o 8.00!

Our room was very clean and comfortable, well furnished and decorated. We felt very relaxed there. The breakfast choice and quality was excellent.

We felt that both the hotel bar and restaurants were expensive.

Positive aspects:
This is a very pleasant hotel at a reasonable price. The breakfast buffet is the best we have ever experienced. It was truly grand.

Negative aspects:
The Reception staff was mixed in terms of making recommendations of places to go, things to see, etc. Several did not seem to know their own city. Recommend you do your own research before you arrive.

Positive aspects:
Just minutes from the station and as we were travelling from Krakow this was brilliant to step off the train and only a few minutes walk to the hotel. Staff were friendly, room was lovely and very comfortable. We walked to the old town from the hotel which was a lovely walk and a great way of familiarising yourself with Warsaw. We had bar food in the hotel that evening as we were very tired after our journey, the food was excellent. Also, drinks half price from 4.00pm to 8.00pm in the hotel bar!!!

Negative aspects:
Room was facing the street and was noisy. Should have remembered previous reviews and asked for room at back of hotel.

taksowka hotelowa jest bez licznika i podwojnie droga w porownaniu z taksowka miejska, nie zostalismy poinformowani ze recepcja zamawia nam "przewoz hotelowy" a nie zwykla i o pol tansza taksowke miejska, to nie jest w porzadku i nie swiadczy dobrze o uslugach hotelowych.Mamy wrazenie ze wykorzystuje sie tutaj niewiedze klienta o warunkach miejscowych.

Hotel jest miejscem zapewniajacym komfort i wysoki standard oferowanych uslug. Mily i kompetentny personel zawsze sluzyl nam pomoca. Bardzo ladny hotel, odrestaurowany i bardzo wygodny.

Negative aspects:
Dostep do Internetu jest straszliwie drogi, zupelnie jak w krajach trzeciego swiata, którym Polska nie jest. Prosze Panstwa, nie mozna zdzierac skóry z gosci za cos, co w dzisiejszych czasach jest na porzadku dziennym. To tak, jakby Panstwo chcieli oddzielna zaplate za papier toaletowy. Prosilam o wezwanie taksówki, która rano miala mnie zawiezc na lotnisko. Powiedziano mi, ze bedzie czekac na zewnatrz hotelu. Czekalam z 10 minut, nie przyjechala. Wrócilam wiec z walizkami do hotelu, po czym wskazano mi drugie drzwi (przy kafejce Strauss), gdzie niby ma czekac taksówka. Niestety jej nie bylo, a stracilam juz sporo czasu. Zaoferowano mi taksówke hotelowa, która przypuszczam kosztowala mnie wiecej niz zwykla taksówka by mnie kosztowala. To nieodpowiednie podejscie do waznej sprawy klienta pod sam koniec pobytu, kiedy sie czlowiek spieszy i denerwuje.

Maitre (headwaitresses) at the restaurant should put more focus om the guest in stead of controling the young people who were doing the best they could. (I have myself many working years on PR and costumers service)
