all aspects were good, except the system of warning somebody (visitor) who made an appointment. I was waiting for that person in the bar, but nobody informed me, even though I had left a message at the reception desk. Apart from that : all ok !

I am an old customer of this Hotel in the heart of Varsovia.Recently I have been three times in 2005-6.Whenever I will come to Varsovia I would like to stay at this Hotel in a room overlooking the Kultur Palace and the Central Station.

Location of the hotel is perfect. Good english spoken in reseception and lobby bar. Everyone working in hotel are friendly to customers.I always stay in this hotel coming to Warsaw. And I visit Warsaw at least 5 times a year.Very nice hotel.

Negative aspects:
Breakfast is quite expensive.10€ would be reasonable price.
