Lokalizacja, czystosc, obsluga (chetna, mila, kontaktowa), herbata w pokoju,wygodne miejsce do pracy przy biurku, szybkie windy, przyjemny widok z okna

Central location; great views from 27th floor; very clean comfortable room; great elevator security access.
Negative aspects:
Un-announced closure of restaurant for group dinner on Sept. 6th. Chaos during our AM check-out on Sept. 6th with only 2 personnel at the front desk and a large group of guests departing by coach.		 My rating:

Excellent central position in Warsawa. Rooms are quiet, silent and clean.
Negative aspects:
1. I have been charged one month before coming and despite my e-mails, nobody either answered or presented apologises !!! 2. No acces to the bar in the room 3. No acces to internet from the room !!! 4. Buffet excellent but should be re-located in a different way		 My rating:

Pokój 3005 powinien byc wylaczony z oferty Hotelu. W otoczeniu tego pokoju znajdowac sie musi "bieznia rekreacyjna" (fitness), z której korzystanie zaklóca spokój w tym pokoju. Szczególnie przykre jest , ze poój ten oferowany jest stalym oddanym klientom Panstwa Hotelu, do których sie zaliczam. Bardzo zle wrazenie robi poprzecierana wykladzina . 		My rating:

The price confirmed by hotel was EUR 100 per night. To my surprize, the total amount required for 4 day stay was EUR 420. I cannot accept this calculation!		 My rating:

-mila obsluga - bardzo czysto w pokojach -dobra lokalizacja -wygodne lózka -ladna lazienka -klimatyzacja

The bar is nice. I enjoyed a dinner time with jazz concert.
Negative aspects:
Breakfast is too expensive. I wanted to have cheaper breakfast, for example, bread and milk/tea/coffee... All of people do not need to eat fully in a morning, I think.		 My rating:
