The Novotel Centrum Warsaw Hotel’s name was Forum for a long time. It was the first building, apart from the Palace of Science and Culture that was more than 100 meters high. Recently the building has undergone the complete renovation; the steel-grey walls and big, blue logo makes the hotel look very modern. The interior are as modern. You can see the great care for every detail of the décor here. On the thirty-three floors of this hotel there is everything the tourists, business guests or families with children (a special family program) may need. A restaurant, a bar, a café, 1200m2 of conference space, Relax Club with sauna and gym, newspaper- and souvenir-stands – it all will make you stay at the hotel rather than leave without any clear purpose. The city view from the last floor is a real competition to the one you can see from the viewing terrace of the Palace of Science and Culture.
At the reception desk you can easily communicate in Polish and English, and if necessary in German and French as well.

Rooms

There are 740 rooms, including 22 superior suites with a Queen bed and executive rooms with a King bed.
The interiors are surely a strong point in the Novotel Hotel. They are renovated according to new standards of the brand. Being modern and functional are their main characteristics. You will not find any old equipment and the tidiness seems to be the point of honor of the hotel’s staff. All the rooms are equipped with direct telephone line, TV-sat, pay-TV, mini-bar, radio, safe and wireless Internet connection. The rooms are air-conditioned. The 24-hour room service is available.
There are eight rooms designed and prepared to meet the needs of the disabled. The access to the hotel itself makes no problem and there are six lifts inside to take the guests to the higher floors of the hotel.
Over 200 rooms are waiting for the guests, who want to avoid the cigarette smoke.

Restaurant

To get to the restaurant you have to take a walk through the really spacious reception lobby. However hungry you might be, you will surely enjoy the walk through the lobby filled with modern elements, sculptures and surfaces nicely reflecting light.
The buffet breakfast will leave you pleasantly full and with a feeling that most of your breakfast caprices have been fulfilled.
You can use the “express breakfast” or “early breakfast” service as well.
The hotel’s management has taken care about the children. The restaurant offers a special kids menu “Dolfi” for them.
The hotel’s restaurant “Essencia” gives you the opportunity of tasting a lot of culinary traditions and attracts the guests with fresh attitude towards the “fusion” cuisine. The restaurant is air-conditioned, additionally you can enjoy your meal while listening to music.
The “Le Café” will impress you with sweets and coffee till 1 am. The desserts, prepared with great care and fantasy won’t let you forget them for a long time.
Another place that will surely attract you is “Le Bar”. You can rest here after a tiring day and have a delicious drink or a snack.

Conference rooms

There are over ten professionally equipped conference rooms in Novotel. Some of the conference rooms have been designed for organized meetings in small groups of up to 10 people.
Every king of equipment necessary to make specialist trainings, banquets or conferences is available on request.

Additional Services

Finnish sauna and the gym will satisfy even the most demanding guests. They are at guests’ disposal at no additional charge. Thanks to the equipment provided by most prestigious companies and thank to the décor you will feel the real pleasure of taking care about your fitness. The possibility of enjoying the magnificent city view from the last floor of the hotel – at no charge either.
The helpful reception staff will help you to rent a car or organizing a tour around Warsaw with a tour guide.
There is also a Business Center and laundry service at guests’ disposal.
If you come to the hotel by car you can leave it in the guarded parking zone behind the hotel (60PLN per day).
You will have to bear the additional cost of 30PLN per day, if you decide to come to the hotel with your pet.
