Positive aspects:
All the services and equipment were top-notch.

Negative aspects:
On the day of my arrival the entire lobby area was permeated by the odor of stale cigarette smoke, as were tge elevators. I despise that smell and am sickened by it, which was the reason I did not have either dinner or breakfast in the hotel. There is simply no excuse for this to happen. When I came down in the morning, the stink was gone; I observed only one "No Smoking" sign in the lobby (I did not make a search for more, but they are certainly not prominent). It is obvious that the management makes little or no effort to curtail smoking in the lobby, else the lobby would not have smelled so when I arrived. The management ought to do one of two things, either (1) Put up more signs and find a way to ask people to put out their fags in the public areas, or (2) take down the signs and give up the hypocrisy of pretending to discourage smoking. Which of these makes better business sense is your business, not mine, but I will probablly not return to the hotel on my next visit to Warsaw. The present situation is offensive to non-smokers and smokers alike.

Bardzo mila obsluga, czysty, wygodny pokoj. Przyzwoita restauracja. Polozenie niedaleko lotniska mialo kluczowe znaczenie przy wyborze hotelu.

mimo wszystko troche zbyt wygorowane ceny room service, na poziomie hoteli 5 gwiazdkowych

Positive aspects:
I've stayed in several 4 star hotels in the Warsaw area, I believe the Airport Novotel is rated 3 stars yet it is cleaner, with better appointed rooms and with a far better restaurant than any other hotel I've stayed in when in Warsaw. It's staff is also more professional and more courteous than at any other hotel. I wouldn't recommend any other hotel to my friends in the Warsaw area.
