Hotel Staff the most helpful and courtious we have experienced ever - including the friendly cleaning staff. Special mention to the Porter - whos personality and helpfulness was exceptional. Very Clean rooms and generally Excellent breakfast - great selection Great Location at a reasonable price - 7 people in our group share all comments

Dobra lokacja. Czysty, dobre uslugi i lazienka , wygodne lozka
Negative aspects:
Ceny pokoju sa dosc wysokie. Ja jako visiting professor Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego odwiedzam Warszawe 4 razy w roku. Potrzebuje dobrego pokoju ale mam maly budzet bo moje wyposarzenie nie jest tak wysokie jak prywatna firma. Potrzebuje specjalnej ceny pokoju i wtedy bym sie tam stale zatrzymywal		 My rating:

Positive aspects:
Large nice rooms, plenty of space, clean, excellent breakfast, modern bath room and effective windows (against the traffic noise), the staff is very helpful and friendly, good communications with city and airport, walking distance to beautiful parks and to the city centre. A sample of good restaurants near by.
Negative aspects:
There was no air condition so during hot summer days the upper floors became very warm. Opening the windows helps but will of course let the traffic noise in.		 My rating:

We unfortunately will not be using the Hotel again as this was a business trip and the Internet connectivity was not good enough. The rooms do not have broadband connections and all that is offered in the room is a dial up modem which simply is not fast enough.		 My rating:

No in-room Internet access or WiFi. A single PC in the lobby which you have to borrow a cable from if you want to use your laptop (i.e., no lobby ethernet switch, lobby WiFi, etc.).		 My rating:
