The front desk/reception staff was efficient, friendly, and quite helpful. The free internet access in the front lobby area was invaluable. The hotel was always kept clean.

Positive aspects:
The room is very comftable and clean. Quick check in and check out. We will book your hotel more often, because it is easy access to the warsaw airport, quick to book thru the internet. And pleasant and friendly personel.

Negative aspects:
The food is not good. I had dinner and it was not good at all for a lot of money. It would be nice to have a restaurant to eat a good dinner. It is not nice to search the surrounding for good food for a reasonable price. Specially when you arrive late in the evening.
