You will surely find the silence and undisturbed privacy in Magnolie Apartments. The most accurate description of the atmosphere here would be the “home-like”. The extraverts might feel secluded here as there are no crowds of tourists walking along the corridors. It is peaceful and rather empty here in comparison to “regular” hotels in the city center. Several three-storied buildings, located on the square plan create a cozy courtyard in the middle decorated with greenery.
There is a direct public transportation bus line taking the guests to the city center, which is about 7 kilometers away. The price of renting a independent apartment will compensate for the not so great localization of Magnolie.
Most of the rooms in the other hotels offered for much higher price are not even close to the one of Magnolie Apartments. The fact that they have been recently built is their advantage as well. The furniture and the equipment of the rooms are brand new.
The Magnolie Apartments make a perfect offer for families traveling by car and organized groups. There is a special price offer for the students coming to Warsaw for the weekend, if e.g. three people decide to stay together, the price for the apartment is lowered by half.

Rooms

There are 230 completely furnished and equipped apartments in Magnolie. Up to three people can stay in each of them. The only difference between the apartments is the number and type of beds, and the size of the kitchen corner, which is larger and more comfortable in some of the apartments.
There is surely more than enough space for three people in one apartment. Each of them is equipped with a telephone, fast Internet connection, separate working space with a big desk. It was a good idea to hide the sleeping-zone in a special recess and separating the lights system for every part of the apartment. You can enjoy listening to music thanks to the stereo in every apartment.
All buildings are no more than six years old. The bathrooms are shining and equipped with bathtubs with shower function.
The kitchen corner is equipped with anything necessary for individual cooking: the fridge, kettle and a lot of dishes.
You can really feel like home here – fill the wardrobes with your clothes, invite your friends to dinner and watch TV in the evening relaxing in a soft armchair.
Unfortunately, there are no apartments adapted to meet the needs of the handicapped.

Restaurant

Rarely do apartments have any catering service. It is not the case here. You can surely count on having a buffet breakfast in the morning. On guests’ request the reception staff will organize a warm or cold supper as well. There is a possibility of ordering all three meals for the organized groups. The catering room (it is rather no restaurant) is also used as far as the organization of the conferences and meetings is concerned.
The buildings of Magnolie Apartments are located next to quiet, new residential district, so there should be no problem with shopping. In less than 10 minutes you will get to the smaller shops, pharmacy, post-office, cash dispenser, bakery and pizzeria.
If you decide to stay in the apartments and feel like a warm meal, there is no problem with ordering something by phone from one of the closest pizzerias or, even better, from the restaurant "Chata Polska" located nearby. The Gypsy Pork Chop or dumplings with sauerkraut and many, many more traditional meals from the Polish cuisine will be delivered or you can go for a short walk to enjoy them in the restaurant.

Conference rooms

There are six conference rooms in the Magnolie Apartments. Two of them – “Oliwkowa” and “Migda³owa” have the Internet connection and are prepared for up to 50 people each.
The remaining four conference rooms are smaller; still they are enough for small meetings. The basic equipment (a screen and a flipchart) are free of charge. The catering service for the conferences and meetings is provided as well.

Additional Services

The guests are free to use a safe at the reception desk. They can also order the laundry service there.
For those staying in the apartments longer than five days the rent-a-car service is offered at the price of 1PLN – the details of the “SLEEP&DRIVE” program are available at the reception desk.
If you come to the apartments by car (strongly recommended) you can leave your vehicle in the parking zone in the courtyard or underground. Both parking zones are guarded, additionally the entrance gate is closed for the nights.
It is possible to stay in the Magnolie Apartments with pets (50PLN per day = about 15 EURO).
About 500 meters away, there is an indoor swimming-pool and a Fitness Club.
