Meine Frau und ich haben uns im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Damen und Herren an der Reception waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Negative aspects:
Wir hätten gerne außer dem großen Badetuch noch ein Handtuch gebraucht.		 My rating:

wspaniala lokalizacja, dostep do komunikacji pasazerskiej, bardzo mila i profesjonalna obsluga, dobry parking, czyste pokoje i wswpaniale lazienki.Wspaniala obsluga Pan Serwisu Hotelowego.

nudne, monotonne i "bez wyrazu" sniadania. Bardzo drogi(nawet jak na ceny europejskie)Drink Bar. Nudny, mdly i malo sympatyczny, znudzony klientem Personel Drink-Baru.		 My rating:

Positive aspects:
The hotel is situated in a good place, very near the Old Town. A peaceful place to stay at. A very nice atmosphere meets you at this hotel. Enough comfortable rooms. A very nice restaurant. Very good food, breakfast included.
Negative aspects:
The bathroom has two lamps throwing a very sharp light at you, your eyes. Im surely going to return to this hotel but I would wish another light in the bathroom.		 My rating:

Wir waren bis auf eine kleine Ausnahme, die ich unten aufführe, mit Ihrem Hotel zufrieden.
