Prosze o odblokowanie mojej karty

I'm travelling a lot and I'm used to have wireless hi-speed internet available free of charge, also in cheaper hotels - which was not the case of this hotel.

Both me and my wife were very pleased with your hotel. The room was excellent in all respects and so were all other facilities.

Negative aspects:
The only negative aspect at the hotel was the price of the breakfast! We think that 83 Zloty per person is a most exaggerated price. It forced us to take only one breakfast instead of two, which is deplorable.

Polozenie w centrum miasta, obsluga, która zawsze jest na wysokim poziomie, zwlaszcza jesli chodzi o kulture w kontaktach z goscmi. Dotyczy to zarówno pracowników recepcji, kelnerów jak i pokojowych. Bardzo wygodne lózka

Zdecydowanie negatywnie nalezy ocenic wysokosc cen sniadania oraz fakt, ze cena ta nie jest wliczana w cene pokoju. Przykrym zaskoczeniem bylo dla mnie stwierdzenie, ze mini bar w pokoju jest zamkniety na klucz. Poczulam sie troche jak potencjalny oszust, który nie ureguluje naleznosci za korzystanie z barku, jesli bedzie do niego swobodny dostep. W dodatku personel recepcji nie poinformowal mnie o braku dostepu do mini baru. W czasie poprzedniego pobytu w hotelu w styczniu zdecydowanie szwankowala czystosc pokoju. Wanna byla nieumyta (lezaly w niej wlosy, najwyrazniej nie z glowy), przescieradlo na lózku bylo dziurawe, kapa na lózku mokra w niektórych miejscach. Regulacja ogrzewania w pokoju nie dzialala.

Cechy pozytywne to przede wszystkim lokalizacja blisko Dworca Centralnego PKP i sródmiescia Warszawy, hotel jest przestronny, ma ciekawe sale konferencyjne

"Wieczne" budowy i remonty w tej okolicy Warszawy powoduja, ze poranne pobudki pochodzace od maszyn ulicznych i innych urzadzen nie pozwalaja na dluzsze spanie

Hotel ten wybralam ze wzgledu na jego polozenie - potrzebuje hotelu w centrum miasta. Pomimo centrum - bardzo cichy hotel Bardzo mila obsluga

Negative aspects:
Na razie nie zauwazylam - ale bede systematycznie, przez caly rok, raz w miesiacu korzystala z hotelu. jesli zauwaze, jakies negatywne cechy hotelu napewno je Panstwu przekaze. No moze troche przesadna jest cena za sniadanie - ale na szczescie ich nie jadam przed 11:) Zauwazylam, ze w warszawskich hotelach to jest cena normalna.
