Positive aspects:
The hotel staff was very informative and courteous. The room and facilities for the cost were great. I especially enjoyed the wireless throughout the hotel. Walking distance to Old Town.

Zimmer: sehr freundlich eingerichtet, hell und relativ geräumig Fernsehen: hatte sogar die beiden deutschen Standardprogramme Bedienung sehr freundlich Frühstücksbüfett: sehr gut, besonders hat uns gefallen, dass auch typisch polnische Gerichte darunter waren sehr sauber, besonders auch die Dusche

Positive aspects:
Very nice hotel. Large, modern, comfortable rooms. Very quiet (hotel located on side street). Location convenient for public tranport (numerous tram lines on main avenue nearby) and shopping. Old city a short tram hop across the river. I do recommend this hotel. Excellent value for money.

Positive aspects:
This is probably the best hotel we stayed in during our trip to Europe. The accomodations were spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was first rate and staff were for the most part accomodating. The hotel is a little distant from the center, which means either a 30 minute walk or a short tram ride, but both are more than worth it. Also, the district where the hotel is located represents busy Warsaw well, though there are no real restaurants nearby. There is a major mall around the corner, however, with an excellent supermarket, food court, and money changer (kantor), among many other things found in malls. We liked the hotel so much we booked it again on our return to Warsaw after touring other areas of Poland. I would definitely recommend this hotel - it is excellent value for the money.
Negative aspects:
The only negative things I can say are that some of the staff could be a little more outgoing and friendly. They tend to be reserved, although this seems to be the case in much of Poland. I think as Poles become more used to the growing tourist business this will change, but certainly courses offered to hotel staff could help. Perhaps Tourism Poland could work on this. Another negative was that on the fifth floor at one end of the hotel there is often a bathroom smell in the room which I suspect comes from the bathroom exhaust system for the hotel. This should be looked at to try to channel the fumes away from the rooms.		 My rating:
