Diana Residence is a five-storey, beautifully restored apartment building situated in proximity of the most interesting shopping precinct of Warsaw - Nowy ¦wiat. Thanks to its superb location, it offers also great possibilities of enjoying a leisurely stroll.
Cozily hidden in a quiet courtyard, Diana enchants its visitors with a light beige façade combined with the wonderful play of light and colors of a spacious lobby. Palm trees planted in huge flowerpots, energetic red color of the sofas standing in the lobby, dark brown, wooden wall together with relaxing beige, accompanied by yellow light create the unique home atmosphere.

The Residence offers 46 exclusive apartments of various sizes. The smallest one measures 40m2, whereas the biggest one provides a spacious studio of over 100 m2.

55-60 sq.m) i Exceptional Suite (80-90sq.m)
- all of them of various sizes, furnishings and equipment. There are seven room categories altogether. The most luxurious, two-level apartment (102 m2) offers a great time, not only in the innovatively decorated interiors but also on the balcony and roomy terrace. All special requests are met by the room service.
Cozy, modern apartments have their own bath (with a bathtub/shower and Jacuzzi in some of them), fully equipped kitchen and a safe. There are also: Hi-fi system, TV set (plasma TVs are also available) and DVD player in the living room area. You don't need to worry about hot summers or ice-cold winters here - climate control panel and air conditioning stay at your disposal.
The disabled will not face any difficulties getting into the building- there are no stairs leading to the reception desk. There are also two modern, noiseless lifts in the Residence.
Non-smokers are offered separate, smoke-free apartments.

apartments are around 55-60sqm and have a bedroom separated with a stylish
curtain from the living room, some have additional standing shower cabin in the
bathroom, and separate guest toilet. Some could have a terrace, a dishwasher,

equipped with plasma TV and some of them could have a walk-in wardrobe. Spacious
living room with a dining area is perfect to accommodate a family with children.

The colorful lobby leads to the entrance of the Mojito Drink Bar and Restaurant. Judging by the name you can spent quite a nice evening, just enjoying some exotic drinks served here, not only the Cuban ones. You can take a sit on a comfortable chair next to the bar or on a cozy sofa and have Cuban salad - fantastic mixture of black and green beans with vinaigrette and onion.
Guests of Diana praise excellent dishes from all over the world, as well as drinks, including the famous Mojito, served at the restaurant. Among the wide range of specialties there are different kinds of pasta, fish (grilled salmon with kus-kus is especially worth mentioning here), exceptional fillet of Barbarie duck and many more...
Clients who seek more intimate atmosphere can have a special VIP Room at their disposal.
Conference rooms
For those who would like to organize a business meeting here, the Residence offers two conference rooms equipped with all the necessary instruments. The smaller one is prepared for 10 people, the bigger one for up to 35 people. Menu for coffee and lunch breaks is provided by the adjacent Restaurant Mojito.
Additional Services
At the reception desk guests can borrow some DVD films. Nice staff will be also glad to assist their clients with some special requests, such us laundry and dry cleaning service, car rental or guided tours.
Additional amenities for families with children including special equipment i.e. baby crib and babysitting service are available upon request as well. Diana doesn't forget about other special needs of families and offers some interesting packages. Free DVD rental, free zoo ticket, free cinema ticket- everything in order to make children have fun and parents relax a little bit...
Small animals are welcome at the Residence.
For the guests who would like to take care of their clothes on their own, there is a laundry room available, equipped with two washing machines and a drier.
Guests who arrive here by their own car can leave it on a guarded, underground parking. It is additionally payable (12 EUR/day or for those who decide to stay here "a little bit longer" -120 EUR/month).

The Residence is within spitting distance of Nowy ¦wiat which gives its guests' unique pleasure of strolling along the Royal Road, as well as the great opportunity to take advantage of various cultural attractions to be found only in the city center. A few mega stores, including a giant "Galeria Centrum" and the exceptional variety of restaurants will surely please visitors coming here from different parts of the world.
