a) when making the reservation, I had asked for rooms with a view , not intern ones. I called twice , after the confirmation of the reservation, and the answer was that we would have a view to the royal caslte or to the street. When arriving and checking in, I asked your front desk staff about that and I received the answer that we (we were a party of 8 friends, staying in 4 double rooms) had rooms with a view to the royal castle. The rooms looked in the roofs of the front rooms of your hotel, no view at all. And I received the answer that "they were too low" and offered to move us in a smoking floor. As you understand, we did not want to move to a smoking floor, moreover we only had one nigth reservation, so we did not want to spend it with movings here and there.. It is very bad not to honor your signature, and to lie in that way. b) we asked for a reservation for two restaurants we knew about . We received the answer from the same reception staff (he not even made a phone call) that they were fully booked and offered to make a reservation to a restaurant he knew, near the hotel. I called the "booked" resataurant myself and found a table for 8 tpeople that same Saturday night. This is not the right performance for a hotel of your status and quality. I am going to place the above remarks in the Internet sites about hotel rankings. 		My rating:

Great hotel and exceptional service. I stayed for 4 nights and will for sure get a room there when I come back to Warsaw again. I would absolutely recommend everyone vissiting Warsaw to consider this hotel as a prime spot in Poland. I enjoyed it very much.

Bardzo mila i profesjonalna obsluga hotelowa. Niepowtarzalny urok hotelu z historia.
Negative aspects:
Brak parkingu i troche " przechodzone" meble. Przydalaby sie lekka puchowa kolderka. Dlaczego mamy kopiowac z zachodu cos co jest niewygodne i niepraktyczne dla uzytkownika ( dla pralni pewnie tak ). Bywamy w dobrych hotelach i coraz czesciej spotykamy inna , bardziej przyjazna posciel. Zwlaszcza gdy nie sa to tropiki. Polecam odwiedzic pare miejsc w Wilnie. Np Strikliai Hotel piecio -gwiazdkowy. Wystój pokoi naprawde imponuje. Ale i tak bardzo lubie Brystol bo w sumie nie mozna mu odmówic niepowtarzalnego czaru i atmosfery.		 My rating:

Well located building in centrum of City of Warszaw. Very nice renovation inside and outside. Will be even better when street works will be completed.

Good location for Old Town and only 15 mins from business district. Very comfortable rooms and friendly staff - a good quality business hotel. Hotel taxis are a bit expensive, but always available and drivers speak English and know where they are going!

Food service in bar a bit slow considering there were virtually no other orders.		 My rating:

Positive aspects:
Not the newest but one of the best hotels in Warsaw. Friendly staff, great location next to the president's palace, excellent food and service in the restaurant. Highly recommended.

I was charged PLN100 for breakfast - I like just a cup of coffee and perhaps a croissant. I protested at such a charge as I was not offered a choice of continental ot buffet breakfast at entering the restaurant. Toilet was filled with brownish water. The head of housekeeping offered an explanation the there was problem with 'kanalizacja',nevertheless housekeeping should have checke all the toilets when they realized there was a problem. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Dirty public transport.		 My rating:
