-nettes Personal -auf meinen Wunsch nach einem ruhigeren Zimmer wurde eingegangen -sehr gute Busanbindung zur Innenstadt
Negative aspects:
-keine Antwort auf eine Mail und eine Fax von seiten des Hotels -keine telefonische Erreichbarkeit: ich konnte den Anrufbeantworter weder auf polnisch noch auf englisch verstehen -es war dem Personal an den ersten 3 Tagen nicht klar, dass mein Frühstück laut Vertrag inbegriffen war; und ich musste erst einmal mit dem Frühstück warten bis alles mit dm 'Chef' geklärt war		 My rating:

Staff very friendly and efficient. Rooms decorated to good standard. Breakfast good value for money. Overall hotel good value for money.
