Sticking out of the housing estate located next to the Royal Tract leading to the city center, ATOS is an excellent hotel for those looking for a tourists’ class accommodation at a good price and a good place to make trips around Warsaw from at the same time.
The hotel has been organized in a 10-stroyed block of flats, so it will probably not impress you with splendor nor with a complaisance of a doorman dressed in a fancy suit. Instead of all that, it is filled with energy and youth during the high season, as its fine location and best prices attract young people from all around the world.
ATOS is a typical, tourist-class hotel, offering a comfortable and safe accommodation, which encourages exploring the most interesting places in Warsaw, rather than idling your time away in the hotel room. The hotel is willing to welcome large groups of tourists as there are as much as 225 rooms in the building. There should be no communication problems; the hotel’s staff speaks English. They have also best intentions when it comes to other languages.

Rooms

There are 225 single, double and triple rooms in the hotel. In each room there is a bathroom with a shower cabin. The guests can choose if they prefer a more modest and inexpensive STANDARD room or a more comfortable STANDARD PLUS or LUX room. Some of the rooms are equipped with a balcony which is the most enjoyable if the room window does not overlook the street.
In every standard room, there is a bed, bedside table, radio alarm clock, a table, chairs and a wardrobe. Despite they are modest, the standard rooms make a pleasant impression and attract with their neatness.
The standard plus rooms are not much different from the standard rooms, apart from the additional equipment – a 14'' TV-set.
The LUX rooms are a little more expensive, but also more comfortable. The additional equipment includes a telephone, direct Internet connection and a larger (21'') TV-set. All the rooms of this kind are of **standard, their interiors are renewed; furniture is modern and more functional.
There are rooms prepared for non-smokers and one room for the disabled. There are four lifts taking the tourists to the higher floors. The lifts look quite used up, but as the hotel’s staff assures, still completely safe.
Buffet breakfast is included in the price of the room. It is served in the hotel’s restaurant on the left from the main entrance to the hotel.

Restaurant

The ATOS hotel does not leave its guests without the opportunity of tasting the dishes from the typical Polish cuisine. In the dinner menu of the hotel’s restaurant, you can find barszcz (beetroot soup) with pierogi (dumplings), zurek with sausage and a wide choice of main courses. They are composed of fresh salads, potatoes, traditional pork chop or veal cutlet. The prices of a two-course dinner are fit for every wallet, for about 15 PLN (about 4 EURO) you can choose whatever you like most.
The tourists, who are looking for cold drinks, sweet-smelling coffee or small snacks will find them in the hotel’s canteen or two vending machines located close to the reception desk.
Additionally, those who would like to prepare their meal themselves are free to use small kitchens with basic equipment located on every floor next to the lifts.

Additional Services

There is a cozy TV-club room at the guests' disposal in the ATOS hotel. From spring till autumn the hotel opens a beer-garden with barbecue for the guests.
The kind reception staff offers the possibility of using Xerox-machine or fax, baggage-room or safe.
For those, who would not like to leave their pets at home, the hotel is ready to welcome provided that the vaccination certificate is presented.
There are facilities prepared for those who have problems with moving. The exterior lift will take you to the room arranged to meet the needs of disabled (only one so far, unfortunately).
The hotel owns a large, fenced parking zone for up to 100 cars. The price is 10 PLN (about 3 EURO) per car and 40 PLN (about 10 EURO) per coach.
